GAL-ANS is established to support the UAE's growing aviation sector. The founding mandate brings air traffic and navigation expertise together under one national operator — set up to serve a country whose aviation footprint is expanding fast across commercial and operational aviation.

As Managing Director of GANS, Eisa Butti Al Shamsi is guiding a new phase for the national operator — strengthening operational excellence and expanding the organisation into future-ready aviation services.

Over 20 years across aviation, satellite communications, and government programmes — including senior leadership at Yahsat — shape an approach focused on clarity, accountability, and high-performing teams.
